Cancellation Policy
* Because of the quality of care we provide and the amount of time we have to devote this is our sole occupation* Riding lessons are booked on time slots. * If some else wants that time we can't give it to them because your slot is reserved for you.* If you miss your lesson, that' time slot that someone else could've had cannot be filled. * Being tardy isn't fair to everyone else because it pushes those back that got here on time. * While the trainer is not teaching other duties around the farm have to be taken care of. * A horse has been fed, shod, vetted and tacked up for teaching lessons. * The horse is only allowed to be ridden a certain amount of time each day. The full lesson fee of $45.00 will be charged for a no show or lessons cancelled with less than three hours notice, or lesson more than 15 minutes late. This amount will be due before the next lesson.
